  26. It could mean both. ESCOM is a PC selling company and might not be interested
  27. to run a separate incompatible line of computers in the long term, except
  28. if they could make huge profit out of it. VisCorp apparently *has* an interest
  29. in Amiga specific features such as its video compatibility and the lean OS,
  30. both of which are necessary for set-top-boxes. In this sense it sounds good
  31. because it gives the Amiga technology the chance of much more widespread use.
  32. On the other hand VisCorp might concentrate on TV stuff and neglect the 
  33. Amiga as an alternative personal computer. It depends how independent AT
  34. can continue their projects.
