- It could mean both. ESCOM is a PC selling company and might not be interested
- to run a separate incompatible line of computers in the long term, except
- if they could make huge profit out of it. VisCorp apparently *has* an interest
- in Amiga specific features such as its video compatibility and the lean OS,
- both of which are necessary for set-top-boxes. In this sense it sounds good
- because it gives the Amiga technology the chance of much more widespread use.
- On the other hand VisCorp might concentrate on TV stuff and neglect the
- Amiga as an alternative personal computer. It depends how independent AT
- can continue their projects.
